Shipping
We ship within the United States and select international destinations.
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped via reliable carriers. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days domestically.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact support@loovcare.com within 7 days of receipt or the expected delivery date.
Include your order number and photos, if applicable — our team will assist promptly.
Returns & Exchanges
For safety and hygiene reasons, all sales are final. However, if your product arrives defective or incorrect, we will replace it or issue a store credit.
Requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt.
